Born in Hatteras Village, NC, Larry is what they call 'salt', in the Outer Banks.  His work depicts the beautiful and yet violent world of Blue Marlin.   He once said, "No one would want to live in a Blue Marlin's world 5 mins.  It is a world of extreme violence and surivial."  Through his brush he shows this dramatically.  It has been said that he sees through a Blue Marlin's eyes. 

His work is published annually in Marlin Magazine and many other salt water publications.  If you are looking for degrees from fancy art schools, you will not find them here.  But if you are looking for the real world of deep sea fishing, you will find it here. 

Larry is very generous with his work.  His work is auctioned at multiple events annually, for thousands of dollars to benefit numerous charaties, including his special interest, cancer research.
